DESCRIPTION:The Hesperia Wranglers is a family horse club that came into being as an outlet for boundless energy and enthusiasm of a group of young pioneers of the present day Hesperia. The purpose of this organization is to provide for the promotion of horsemanship for persons residing in the vicinity of Hesperia and surrounding area and promote athletic events in which the use of the horse and horsemanship are required. \nShows are 2nd Saturday of the month\, March thru November. Located at Hesperia Lake in the Equestrian Center at the Val Shearer Arena. \nMonthly Shows- sign ups start at 8am & we ride at 9am. Don’t forget you can also use our early entry system (pre-entries open Monday\, before the event and close on Friday\, before the event at noon) with entry forms on hesperiawranglers.org so you don’t have to wait in line. \nGeneral Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at Hesperia Recreation and Park District in the Mojave Room\, 16292 Lime St\, Hesperia\, Ca 92345 \n

DESCRIPTION:Join Rockin Our Disabilities and their weekly chance to Dance class. This dance class is a great way for children and adults with special needs to get involved in an extracurricular activity while improving motor skills\, confidence\, and socialization. Dance can also be a unique and effective way to reach students with special needs because it is nonverbal. Through simple patterns\, sequencing\, and repetition\, students will learn the basics of movement\, rhythm\, and jazz dance.

SUMMARY:Lime Street Park Pool Season Opener
DESCRIPTION:That’s right\, time to kick off summer with swimming at the Lime Street Park Pool. Open swim is offered weekdays 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and 7:45 to 9:45 p.m. Weekends are 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The cost is $4.00 per swimmer of any age for a two hour session. Lap swimming is now available Tuesdays & Fridays 4:00 to 5:30pm for a cost of $2.00. As always\, you can sign up for swim lessons or rent the pool for a birthday or other summer party. Sunday swim lessons are now being offered. Check out our Aquatics page for all the info.

Gift them the self confidence they need to get ahead in life while they connect with friends and make new ones. The Summer Kids Kamp program will offer video games\, sports\, arts & crafts as well as  swimming. Kids Kamp is open daily June 3rd though August 7th\, 2024 from 6am to 6pm at Lime Street Park. Daily and weekly registration is offered. Registration opens May 1st.
