FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 14, 2026 District Announces $3.3 Million Settlement of Litigation Involving Allegations Concerning Director Gregg; Litigation Has Consumed Taxpayer Funds, Staff Time, District Resources, and Employee Morale HESPERIA, California — The Hesperia Recreation and Park District (“District”) has approved agreements totaling $3.3 million to resolve two employment-related lawsuits brought by former District employees. The lawsuits alleged retaliation after the former employees reported suspected misconduct and potentially unlawful activity. One complaint included allegations that Director Kelly J.
