HESPERIA RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT OBTAINS TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
HESPERIA, CA — May 21, 2026 — The Hesperia Recreation & Park District announced today that the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino (Barstow District), granted a Temporary Restraining Order on May 15, 2026, in Case No. CIVBA 2600314 against Board Member Kelly Gregg.
The protective order safeguards District employees by prohibiting Mr. Gregg from harassing, threatening, stalking, contacting, or entering the workplaces of the protected persons. It further requires him to stay away from the protected persons, their homes, workplaces, and vehicles. The order remains in effect until the court hearing. The District remains committed to providing a safe work environment for all employees.
